‘I’ve really enjoyed the pregnancy yoga classes – I really noticed the benefit from 20 weeks onward as I started to get bigger. The positions and stretches became such welcome relief from pregnancy aches and pains and I feel much more equipped for labour as I have a number of positions to try that I know will help me be more comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these classes to anyone who is pregnant.’ – Rachel, Milton Keynes

I’ve really enjoyed the pregnancy yoga classes
Sarah’s classes are an oasis of calm and tranquility
I really enjoyed Sarah’s pregnancy yoga classes – the breathing exercises were particularly helpful and worked amazingly during the birth of my daughter Emilia. Sarah is a great instructor and her calm manner made the classes wonderfully relaxing.
I was really delighted to hear that Sarah ran baby yoga classes as well, so I booked onto those with Emilia as soon as she had her 6 week check. We both really enjoy the classes and, after suffering with colic, Emilia has been a lot more settled thanks to the wonderful massage techniques Sarah has shown us. The classes provide us with some real quality time together and are also a wonderful opportunity to meet and socialise with other Mums.

I would certainly recommend the baby yoga sessions
“I really enjoyed the baby yoga classes with my son Nathan. We started at 7 weeks old and although he slept through the first 1/2 hour of his first session he soon cottoned on to how much fun they were and stayed awake through every one since and he’s now 6 months! I really enjoyed the hour we had to bond one to one with no distractions and found the songs and actions really made it fun as well as the added bonus of some stretching and yoga for me. Sarah’s relaxed atmosphere meant that there was no worry over crying or feeding or changing and the small classes meant you got to know people in the group and make friends as well as get to know Sarah. I now do an adult yoga session on a Wednesday evening with Sarah ‘just for me’ and having never done any yoga before I am amazed at how much I enjoy it. I would certainly recommend the baby yoga sessions to anybody looking for some one to one fun time with their baby at such a key developmental stage. Thank you Sarah x” – Anna, North Crawley (MK)
I would highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes
“I started pregnancy yoga at 16 weeks pregnant and continued until I was 38 weeks pregnant, and then started the Mother and baby yoga when my daughter was 7 weeks old. Sarah has created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere which allowed me to spend time really bonding with my little girl (both before and after she was born!) Sarah has put a lot of thought into how she runs her classes and small touches such as not overbooking her classes, allowing time at the end of the class for mums to chat, and providing yoga mats and a complimentary drink at the end of mother and baby classes really make the difference!” – Donna, Newport Pagnell
Sarah has created a wonderful welcoming atmosphere that allows you to socialize
“Breathe, breathe, breathe… that was my only pain relief. Thanks to Sarah’s Pregnancy Yoga classes I learned different breathing and visualization techniques which I found extremely useful during my labour. Moreover, these classes are more than just Yoga classes because Sarah has created a wonderful welcoming atmosphere that allows you to socialize with other mums-to-be and share feelings and experiences.” Lorena, Milton Keynes
I would highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes to any expectant mum
I started doing Pregnancy Yoga when I was 17 weeks pregnant. Sarah made everyone feel so welcome and relaxed. It was lovely to meet with other ‘Mums to be’ and discuss our pregnancies, hopes and wishes.
I really enjoyed spending time every week where I could just focus on me and the baby. I particularly found the birth breathing to be a great help during labour. I felt completely in control and it gave me something to focus on during contractions. My labour went very well and I needed minimal pain relief, I am sure that the yoga contributed to this.
I would highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes to any expectant mum. I can’t wait to start the Mother and Baby Yoga sessions!

I would recommend to any mum
I really enjoyed pregnancy yoga, it was great to meet other mums to be and talk about your pregnancy. I found the class a great way to spend time with bump & relax.
The positions & breathing techniques helped with my those niggling bump pains & labour.
I would recommend to any mum to be (which I have on many occasions!) Will definately go back with future bumps.

I would come away from each class feeling relaxed and confident
“I thoroughly enjoyed the pregnancy yoga. I found the hour and a half each week a really good time to spend thinking about me and my baby. I would come away from each class feeling relaxed and confident about my pregnancy and birth. The breathing and relaxation techniques and different positions we learnt were really beneficial during labour and helped me feel calm and in control. It was great to meet other local mums and I’m looking forward to taking my baby to the baby yoga classes very soon!”

Sarah is a fantastic teacher
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Mum and Baby Yoga! I have been to yoga classes before and really like the stretches and relaxation. As a new mum and recently new to the area I was quite lonely. This has enabled me to get out the house, meet great new people and exercise too! Sarah is a fantastic teacher and always offers a smile and advice. I can’t wait to get back to it in September! Thank you Sarah!

We both really look forward to our weekly class
We started coming to Baby Yoga when my little one was 6 weeks old, she is now 6 months old and we both really look forward to our weekly class. Sarah is brilliant with both mums and babies, and I leave the class feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to face the rest of the week!
