“I started pregnancy yoga at 16 weeks pregnant and continued until I was 38 weeks pregnant, and then started the Mother and baby yoga when my daughter was 7 weeks old. Sarah has created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere which allowed me to spend time really bonding with my little girl (both before and after she was born!) Sarah has put a lot of thought into how she runs her classes and small touches such as not overbooking her classes, allowing time at the end of the class for mums to chat, and providing yoga mats and a complimentary drink at the end of mother and baby classes really make the difference!” – Donna, Newport Pagnell
