I would highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes to any expectant mum

I started doing Pregnancy Yoga when I was 17 weeks pregnant. Sarah made everyone feel so welcome and relaxed. It was lovely to meet with other ‘Mums to be’ and discuss our pregnancies, hopes and wishes.

I really enjoyed spending time every week where I could just focus on me and the baby. I particularly found the birth breathing to be a great help during labour. I felt completely in control and it gave me something to focus on during contractions. My labour went very well and I needed minimal pain relief, I am sure that the yoga contributed to this.

I would highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes to any expectant mum. I can’t wait to start the Mother and Baby Yoga sessions!

I would recommend to any mum

I really enjoyed pregnancy yoga, it was great to meet other mums to be and talk about your pregnancy. I found the class a great way to spend time with bump & relax.

The positions & breathing techniques helped with my those niggling bump pains & labour.

I would recommend to any mum to be (which I have on many occasions!) Will definately go back with future bumps.

Sarah is a fantastic teacher

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Mum and Baby Yoga! I have been to yoga classes before and really like the stretches and relaxation. As a new mum and recently new to the area I was quite lonely. We both really look forward to our weekly class

The exercise is gentle enough for new mums but you can feel it working. It’s a great relaxing atmosphere and it’s nice to meet other mums with babies around the same age.

Lovely relaxing pregnancy yoga class

I have thoroughly enjoyed attending Sarah’s Pregnancy Yoga class – it has really helped with my flexibility and wellbeing. The birth preparation breathing and weekly relaxation session has made a real difference to my ability to cope with working full time and becoming more and more pregnant. The classes are also excellent for meeting other pregnant mums and sharing advice. Having never done yoga before, I would encourage any pregnant ladies to come along and feel the benefits of this lovely class. Sarah is a wonderful instructor and her calm, detailed instructions make the class a pleasure – I’m now looking forward to joining Sarah’s Mother and Baby Yoga class when my baby is 6 weeks old!

I love Sarah’s baby yoga classes

I love Sarah’s baby yoga classes. It’s great to be able to have an hour of baby and me time where nothing else intrudes. I’ve done the classes with both my children and they really enjoyed them. I kept up the baby massage at home until my eldest wouldn’t sit still for long enough, but he still enjoys a foot rub!

I felt a lot more confident

I practised yoga all the way through pregnancy and always enjoyed it. The breathing practises were particularly helpful when it came to actually having my baby and im sure I felt a lot more confident than I would have done.
