I have thoroughly enjoyed attending Sarah’s Pregnancy Yoga class – it has really helped with my flexibility and wellbeing. The birth preparation breathing and weekly relaxation session has made a real difference to my ability to cope with working full time and becoming more and more pregnant. The classes are also excellent for meeting other pregnant mums and sharing advice. Having never done yoga before, I would encourage any pregnant ladies to come along and feel the benefits of this lovely class. Sarah is a wonderful instructor and her calm, detailed instructions make the class a pleasure – I’m now looking forward to joining Sarah’s Mother and Baby Yoga class when my baby is 6 weeks old!
