“I thoroughly enjoyed the pregnancy yoga. I found the hour and a half each week a really good time to spend thinking about me and my baby. I would come away from each class feeling relaxed and confident about my pregnancy and birth. The breathing and relaxation techniques and different positions we learnt were really beneficial during labour and helped me feel calm and in control. It was great to meet other local mums and I’m looking forward to taking my baby to the baby yoga classes very soon!”
