I started doing Pregnancy Yoga when I was 17 weeks pregnant. Sarah made everyone feel so welcome and relaxed. It was lovely to meet with other ‘Mums to be’ and discuss our pregnancies, hopes and wishes.
I really enjoyed spending time every week where I could just focus on me and the baby. I particularly found the birth breathing to be a great help during labour. I felt completely in control and it gave me something to focus on during contractions. My labour went very well and I needed minimal pain relief, I am sure that the yoga contributed to this.
I would highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes to any expectant mum. I can’t wait to start the Mother and Baby Yoga sessions!
